Dear Friends and Partners,

God is providing new and exciting ways to trust him. Some affect us personally and others allow us to dream about new ministry opportunities. AMF is restructuring our financial area as well as other areas.

We truly want to thank those of you who are on our financial support team. As a regional director, I receive a salary which I am asked to raise. The portion not raised has been underwritten by monies from the general fund.

In AMF’s financial restructuring plan, beginning with our August check, we took a 7% pay reduction. This reduction will be in effect through our February check.

Beginning March 1, 2010, we will no longer be underwritten. Living by faith is not new for us and we are not discouraged knowing that God has promised to supply our needs. (There are days when we need to remind ourselves of this!) We will receive a very limited budget from AMF ($6,000 annually) for our ministry expenses. Our desire is to see ministry move forward depending on God to raise the necessary funds for living and ministry expenses.

Also, beginning March 1, 2010 we will be assuming a new position. We are excited about the possibilities of this new position and look forward to what God has in store. An announcement should be available soon.

The Bottom Line:

• Pray concerning your response to how God would ask you to help!

• In addition to support presently received, we need one time gifts totaling $50,000 for support (living expenses) and our ministry work fund to be received at our Home Office by February 28, 2010 in order to be fully funded for the fiscal year 2010-2011.

We admit to being excited about our new faith journey. The cry of our heart is Revelation 5:13:

“Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing:

‘To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be praise and honor and glory and power,
for ever and ever!’"
